We are a group of caring professional counselors with a calling to serve people and our local community in Virginia. The role of caring for in the counseling spaces people comes with tremendous responsibility. At different levels, we have all taken the needed preparation in the academic and counseling supervision areas. This means that all of us have completed or are toward the end of finalizing a rigorous graduate counseling program where we were trained in professional counseling skills including doing pre-marital counseling, trauma counseling, working with clients struggling with depression and anxiety to name a few areas of specialty. We acknowledge that as individuals, there’s power in living in community thus, we see our role as an extension of the community that you are part of whether that includes your family, school, church, or your neighbor.
