Are you stuck in the battle between your present and future self or the tense relationship with a partner/spouse or a friend or family member or coworker? With professional help, there’s a way out!
I have a great deal of outpatient experience working with individuals, couples, and families, as well as children and adolescents. My work focuses on trapped issues—imprisoned by thought, emotion, marriage, job, or past—and offers a way forward—a whole new framework for thinking about a problem, interpersonal skills to get through tough situations, and rebuilding a sense of control and empowerment.
I help clients suffering from depression, anxiety, panic attacks, emotional disturbance, parent-child conflict, marriage distress, trauma, and abuse. I speak bilingual languages in English and Mandarin. My multicultural competency enables me to meet people where they are and be sensitive to issues of race, gender, religion, and cultural background.
Are you ready to talk about what you are fighting for? I look forward to walking along with you in this certain time of life journey.
